Special Educational Needs ICT Teacher required for SEMH SEN School - Mildenhall
Long-term
Temporary to permanent basis
Small class sizes
We are looking for a SEN ICT Teacher for students with social, emotional and mental health needs to start in September.
The school provides education and support for students aged 11 to 18 years old with social, emotional and mental health needs, communication difficulties and complex needs. The school class sizes at the school are very small and always include additional support. The school encompasses well resourced nurture units which include an ICT suite.
About the Role
- Teaching ICT to Level 2
- Planning and teaching tailored ICT lessons to Secondary aged students
- Specialist SEN Teaching Assistants in the class room
Experience Required
- Qualified teacher or extensive teaching experience
- Ability to teach ICT to Level 2
- Experience teaching in an SEN school, PRU or teaching pupils with SEMH in mainstream
- Experience working with students with SEMH or you have always wanted to teach in SEN
