We are currently recruiting for a School that is a caring, nurturing environment but also one of learning, fun and aspiration. They deliver a curriculum that is challenging and the expertise of our staff plays a very important role in this. Ofsted has graded them a Good School with outstanding EYFS and Safeguarding provision.

They are looking for a newly qualified enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who will promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils who have severe, and complex needs.

You will need:

•The ability to create a clear vision for the class

•The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential

•To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching

•To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately

•To have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement

•Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
