SEN Tutor/NTP Tutor

Are you a former teacher or an experienced teaching assistant?

Are you a graduate with Tutoring experience?

Teaching Personnel are one of the partners for the National Tutoring Programme to help children affected by the global pandemic. We are looking for tutors for a variety subjects and age groups, ideally with SEN experience too.

An ideal candidate will have:

• An enthusiastic attitude
• An ability to empathise with the pupil’s situation
• Patience
• Understanding of the struggles that have come from the pandemic in regard to their education
• Experience in tutoring
• Ability to pass Teaching Personnel’s vetting process
• A passion for helping children in their education.

We offer a generous rate of pay as well as professional opportunities. Hours can be negotiated to suit you and we also offer training and courses to help you get set up for your sessions. These interventions will not only be vital in helping children catch up from what they missed but also will be perfect experience for any budding teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
