SEN Teaching Assistant role supporting Autism and Down Syndrome in Enfield

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to support children with ASC and Down Syndrome across KS1.

This would suit a teaching assistant who has a minimum of 6 months experience working in either a school or youth setting.

The daily rate is £65-£70, depending on experience, with the view to start after October half term on a full time basis.

The school caters for children and young adults with a wide range of complex needs between the ages of 7 to 19. They have a State of the Art Sensory Room and have recently improved their facilities, to create an engaging learning environment to support their students.

The school is located within a 15 minute walk from Cockfosters station.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
