Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Wokingham (Surrounding Areas)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Teaching Personnel are passionate about providing a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and help make a positive impact on the learning and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual and small group learning activities.
- Help children with special educational needs, ensuring they are included in all classroom activities.
- Promote positive behavior and assist with classroom management.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources and displays.
- Provide general support during lunchtime and other break periods.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and SEN support strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
- A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for working with children.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
