SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for an SEN Teaching assistants on a supply basis in the Ashby area supporting children 1:1 and within a class. The ideal candidates would have previous experience working with children with SEN including ASD, ADHD and learning delays.

This role will be on supply basis and  is a ideal role for a candidate who is looking for a flexible role to go alongside other committments. If you are team teach or Makaton trained that would also be beneficial but it is not essential for this role.

The ideal candidate would require patience and have a calm approach when supporting children with SEN. As this role can present challenges, the candidate would also need to use their intiative at times and think of creative ways to help support the children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
