Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting SEN Specialists to work in mainstream Primary Schools across Bridport. We are particularly looking for candidates with specific experience working with children who have the following:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Challenging Behaviour
- SEMH
- Downs Syndrome
Successful candidates will be considered for 1:1 roles in schools where specific support is needed, particularly for pupils with EHCPs. The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
- A professional and positive attitude
- Commitment to the role to ensure consistency for pupils receiving support
- A calm, patient and empathetic manner
- Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
- The confidence and ability to work independently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
