Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Dudley area that is seeking a qualified English Teacher (QTS) to join their English department from September 2026.

The Role

  • Teach engaging English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Inspire students to develop confidence in reading, writing and communication.

  • Create a positive classroom culture built on high expectations and mutual respect.

  • Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to help every student achieve their potential.

  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • A resilient, positive and enthusiastic approach.

  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed, particularly those who may need extra encouragement to reach their full potential.
