Job description

Join Teaching Personnel as an SEN Teaching Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing essential support to help them thrive academically and emotionally. Collaborating with the class teacher, you'll implement individualised learning plans and offer one-on-one and small group assistance both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will be vital in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every student feels valued and supported. Ideally, you'll bring experience working with children with SEN, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
