SEN Teaching Assistant Required
Full – Part Time – Permanent Position - September Start-Location: Winchester
Secondary SEN Education
The school is based in Winchester and provide secondary educational support for SEN/ SLD pupils. They are currently seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant/ Support Worker to assist with the classroom activities.
The position would suit a fun loving and caring individual who is passionate about encouraging students to achieve educational excellence. You will be engaging and provide creative learning activities to help the students learn in a fun environment.
Candidates are welcome from various backgrounds such as careers, youth workers, sports coaches or even those who may have SEN or SLD family members.
Necessary qualities required
Any SLD SEN support (From a professional or personal background)
Great personality
Sports, Music, or Arts oriented
Fantastic behavioural management abilities
Fun, happy and welcoming
Plenty of patience
Ability to motivate, inspire and uplift students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
