Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Weymouth, Secondary School

What we're looking for:
- Professional experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for making a difference.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with students and colleagues alike.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support and guidance to students within the resource base, assisting with academic and personal development.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Promoting inclusion and fostering a supportive learning environment where every child can flourish.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
