A warm and welcoming primary school in Wellingborough is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team full-time. If you’re passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers and staff to support children with a variety of special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and feel confident in their learning. We’re looking for someone patient, kind, and enthusiastic about making a difference every day.

Experience supporting children, ideally in an SEN environment

Understanding of different SEN needs and how to help children succeed

Team player with great communication skills
