Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant!
Location: Kettering
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Term time only)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 or group support to SEN pupils to boost their learning and confidence
  • Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities
  • Supporting pupils during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes
  • Helping maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion and patience to work with children who have SEN (experience is a plus, but not essential!)
  • A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged for you)
  • Permanent UK residency

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
