About the Role
We are searching for a committed and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist education setting in Ringwood.
This is a full-time role, working with learners aged 8 to 18 in a small, supportive and purposeful environment.
Hours are 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
You will play a key role in helping young people build confidence, independence and new skills. Each day offers the chance to inspire, encourage and celebrate progress.

What You Will Be Doing
• Working closely with students to support learning, communication and personal development
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom organisation and activity preparation
• Encouraging independence and engagement in daily tasks and routines
• Building positive relationships and promoting a nurturing, respectful environment
• Helping students to access education in a way that suits their individual learning style
Requirements
• Minimum of six months of childcare or education experience, ideally including SEN support
• Ability to drive is essential due to the rural location
• A caring and resilient personality, with a genuine passion for supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
