SEN Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Do you have experience supporting learners with autism and related social and communication needs? We’re looking for experienced and inspirational SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive education community this September.

They deliver a wide curriculum including GCSEs, Functional Skills, BTECs, and Entry Level Pathways, with a strong focus on preparing learners for independent and fulfilling lives.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support to students.
  • Help create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support the development of both academic and life skills.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, celebrating their individuality and progress.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with autism or SEN.

-          £50 friend referral
