Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for multiple SEN schools located around Luton
A successful candidate will have a positive approach to the continuing learning and development of SEND students. Experience can include things such as work with youth groups, volunteering, immediate family members with SEN needs and various other related experience will all be considered. If you have an interest in beginning your career in SEND support then please apply!
About the roles:
- Full-time teaching assistant/learning support assistant for SEN schools.
- Supporting students on a 1:1/small group basis or within the classroom
- September start
- Supporting pupils across Key stages 1- 4
- Competitive pay rates of £85-100 a day depending on experience/qualifications.
- Weekly Pay
- Control of your own diary/availability
Candidate requirements
- Experience of working with children/young people either in a professional or personal capacity, or skills which are transferable to this role is desirable but not essential.
- Youth work or care work would also be considered as relevant experience.
- Passionate about helping pupils on a 1-1 or small group basis.
- 2 references from most recent employers
- Have or be willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS
- Driving License is preferred but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
