SEN Teaching Assistant

A client school in Central Manchester (M12) are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their energetic staffing team on a full time basis. This post will start as soon as possible and will be on going until at least the end of the summer term. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children with specific needs on a 1:1 and group basis and will be looking for a proactive role in a central Manchester primary school.

This larger than average, three form entry primary school has a well resourced SEN provision and is looking for a compassionate individual to work with a handful of children across KS1 and KS2. The children that work in the provision have a range of complex needs. They spend the majority of the school day in the classroom but take time out to complete tasks in the SEN provision where necessary.. The school would benefit from a bubbly, energetic role model who has a happy and light hearted nature. Experience supporting children with additional needs is essential, the school will offer additional training where necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
