SEN Teaching Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a caring and committed individual to work with students who may be considered vulnerable. This role involves supporting children with a variety of complex needs and learning difficulties, always prioritizing their welfare and safety while helping them reach their individual goals.

Role Details:

• Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm (Term-Time Only)

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Location: Specialist provision based in Liverpool

• Salary: Competitive rate

Each student has a personalized healthcare plan that guides staff in providing the highest level of care. The school is set within a well-equipped, two-story facility that includes hydrotherapy pools, sensory gardens, play parks, and multi-use games areas. The ideal candidate will feel confident supporting students in these environments as well as in the classroom.

We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant who can remain calm under pressure, maintains a positive attitude, and is ready to support students through any challenges they may encounter.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
