SEN Teaching Assistant

1:1 Teaching Assistant Required at a Primary School in Hulme, Manchester (M15)

A client school in Hulme, Manchester (M15) are looking for a 1:1 support assistant to join their team in KS2. This full time position will be to work with a child w with ADHD on a full time basis. The child will respond well to a strong role model who is able to demonstrate positive behaviours whilst building up a good relationship. The child copes well academically but can show challenging behaviours if triggered. 

This position is to work in a 2 form entry primary school in the Hulme area of Manchester. The school was rated ‘GOOD’ at it’s last OFTSED inspection and was praised for it’s high quality teaching and the consistent levels of progress that the children make.

This is a full time 1:1 support position which will start ASAP and will run into the new academic year. If you have experience working with children with specific SEN such as ADHD or have relevant experience then you are encouraged to apply.
