Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting pupils who face significant barriers to learning?
Wanting to help achieve the best possible outcomes for the students?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a school to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work on a long-term basis with an SEN Unit in a Primary school
Working as a specialist Teaching Assistant is an integral part of this school's inclusion team, providing intervention support to those students with additional needs.
What the role offers:
- Flexible working hours (based around 8.30-3.30)
- Salary £60-£70 daily
- Dedicated consultant to take you through registration process and provide placement support
- Opportunity to work around your own commitments whether that means a long term placement leading to a permanent role, or daily supply in numerous schools.
You must have experience working with pupils in either a paid or voluntary setting. You will be supporting pupils including those with special educational needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
You will promote inclusion within the school work with students to ensure they access a fantastic education. This school is looking for a high achieving candidate who can set the expectations for pupils and liaise with different levels of staff, parents and external agencies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
