Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Christchurch
Start Date: December 2025 (subject to child starting)

We are a supportive and forward-thinking school based in Salisbury, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with previous experience supporting pupils with autism and rejection-related behaviours. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes positive outcomes for every child.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism and behaviours linked to rejection or trauma.
- Is a determined educator, driven to support every student’s potential
- Maintains an open-minded and flexible approach to teaching and behaviour management
- Demonstrates a high level of resilience and emotional intelligence
- Thrives in a collaborative, caring, and child-centred school environment
- Can work within a SEN team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
