SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cambridge, UK
Teaching Personnel are seeking compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and assist in developing essential skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to monitor student progress and implement behaviour management strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience with SEN students preferred.
- Relevant education or childcare qualification advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
