Position: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: £89.38 per day

Your Role:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Encourage pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming classroom
• Prepare resources and assist with personalised activities


What We’re Looking For:
• No formal qualifications required — just enthusiasm and commitment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply — support provided)
• Level 2 Safeguarding Training (available through Teaching Personnel)
• Flexibility to support a range of needs
• SEN experience helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
