Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We're building a fantastic new team of Teaching Assistants to work across mainstream and specialist settings — and we’d love to hear from you!

‍ About the Role

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Support students (aged 5–16) with SEN including:

  • Mental health needs (e.g. anxiety, depression)

  • Physical disabilities

  • Communication challenges

  • Emotional & behavioural difficulties

• Work 1:1 or in small groups

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering a personalised curriculum

• Build trusting relationships with students

• Help create a safe, engaging learning environment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

• Flexibility for part-time schedules

• Potential for permanent placement for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate individuals with a genuine love for education

• Excellent communication & behaviour management skills

• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviours is a plus — but not essential

• Positive, proactive mindset and team spirit
