SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have a patient and caring personality and love to work with children? Are you interested in supporting students with SEN whilst at school?

Our schools provide an adapted curriculum to students with additional needs and learning disabilities, who need extra support in the classroom with things such as engagement, involvement, personal care and behaviour.

A support worker is required to be non-judgemental, caring and professional in dealing with all of these areas. The role is very rewarding but may also face some challenges in terms of behaviour, therefore a resilient but calm demeanour works best.
