Job description

Teaching Assistant – Start in December or January

Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm
Contract: Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Provide tailored support to pupils in the classroom
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
  • Ability to drive due to the school’s location
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
