- £12.80 - £15 per hour.
- Full time, 8.30am - 15.30pm Monday to Friday.

We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team across East Lancashire on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to children with SEN in various educational settings.
- Implementing individualized learning plans as directed by the SENCO and classroom teacher.
- Assisting with classroom activities and supporting students with their learning and development.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Relevant qualifications and/or training in SEN support is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
