  • £12.80 - £15 per hour.
  • Full time, 8.30am - 15.30pm Monday to Friday. 

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives? Do you have experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team across East Lancashire on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and assistance to children with SEN in various educational settings.
  • Implementing individualized learning plans as directed by the SENCO and classroom teacher.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and supporting students with their learning and development.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or training in SEN support is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
