Are you looking for a position supporting young people with Special Educational Needs in their learning?

Do you feel passionate about working with children?

We are looking to recruit Teachers for SEN individuals in a College based in Leicestershire for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of educational difficulties from moderate to severe complex needs and a specialism in sport. The College has Primary, Secondary and Post 16 departments and caters for the needs of 270 students. The right candidate would have professional experience working in a school and with SEN pupils however it is not essential!

If you have any of the following qualities then we may have just the right role for you…

  • Experience working as a teacher in mainstream or SEN schools
  • A passion and interest working with children
  • Dedicated and committed to supporting children with challenging behaviour
  • 1:1 experience with pupils of primary or secondary age
  • A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and ideally a passion for a specific subject
  • Any SENCO qualifications or additional CPD training

Our school is looking to recruit someone who is equally as passionate about supporting SEN pupils as they are and is dedicated to the learning off their pupils.

In order to register with Teaching Personnel, candidates are required to have Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory vetting checks and references.
