Are you a passionate, patient, and resilient teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several specialist SEN schools in the [insert local area] region who are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers for full-time roles starting in September. These schools support children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex learning needs.

Areas include: Warrington / Salford / Wigan / Bolton 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)

  • Have experience working in an SEN setting (mainstream experience with SEN is also considered)

  • Be confident in planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

  • Have a calm, positive approach to classroom and behaviour management

  • Work collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and the wider SEN team to support holistic development

  • Show strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and child-centred practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
