Job description

Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting an SEN Teacher in the Leyland area for a full time role starting in the new academic year. 

The role is to teach a range of subjects across KS2 - 4 to pupils with additional needs including; SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average and caters specifically for those who can no longer remain in mainstream education. The pupils' in school will often display fairly challenging behaviours and it is important that you are confident in your behaviour management skills to be considered for this role. 

The role is full time and school hours are roughly 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday. 

You will be expected to deliver a range of subjects although the school will do their best to ensure you also deliver your specialism for the majority of your timetable. 

Pay for this role is negotiable based upon experience and NQT's will be considered for this position. 

You will also gain access to Teaching Personnels CPD academy.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
