SEN Teacher – Ystrad Mynach
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and committed Teacher to join a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting in the Ystrad Mynach area.
We are looking for someone who brings positivity, creativity, and a proactive mindset to the classroom—someone who can inspire and engage learners through a “can-do” approach and a varied teaching style. Whether you’re an experienced SEN Teacher or a Primary or Secondary trained Teacher with an interest in SEN, we want to hear from you. Full on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
We welcome applicants who:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Are confident in using outdoor learning as part of their teaching approach
-
Can effectively plan lessons and delegate tasks to classroom support staff
-
Are newly qualified (NQTs welcome!) or experienced teachers
-
Are registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
-
Are enthusiastic about taking on a full teaching timetable, including dedicated time for Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
