SEN Teacher (Temp to Perm) – Preston
Mixed Primary & Secondary SEN School
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
We are working with a well-established SEN school in Preston that caters for both primary and secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The Role:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with diverse needs.

Work across both primary and secondary phases, supporting pupils with EHCPs and complex learning needs.

Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working with SEN pupils (primary, secondary, or both).

A flexible, patient, and nurturing approach.

Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Contract:
-
Start: Immediate or as soon as possible.
-
Initially on a temporary contract with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role.
Location: Preston, Lancashire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
