Job description

Early Career Teachers Wanted – Opportunities Available Now

If you are an Early Career Teacher eager to begin your teaching journey, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while being supported every step of the way. We are working with a network of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools that are looking for enthusiastic and committed new teachers who are ready to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.

Starting out as a teacher can feel both exciting and overwhelming. By joining through agency work, you have the flexibility to explore different school settings, discover your teaching style, and gradually build your confidence before stepping into a permanent role. Whether you are seeking short-term placements to gain exposure to a variety of classrooms, or you are ready to settle into a longer-term opportunity, there is a role to suit your needs.

What you can expect from these opportunities:

  • Day-to-day supply teaching to experience different year groups, subjects, and styles of teaching in SEN environments.

  • Temp-to-perm roles that allow you to transition into a more secure, long-term placement if it feels right for you and the school.

  • Opportunities to work in diverse SEN settings, including autism provisions, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) schools, and specialist resource bases.

  • Ongoing guidance and support from experienced consultants who understand the unique challenges faced by Early Career Teachers.

  • A clear pathway to building your career while developing your skills and making a lasting impact on children and young people.

Who we are looking for:

  • Qualified Early Career Teachers who are passionate about education and committed to creating a positive learning experience.

  • Teachers who are flexible, open-minded, and willing to adapt to different classroom environments.

  • Individuals who have a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs and can bring energy, patience, and creativity into their teaching.

  • Strong communicators who can build positive relationships with both pupils and staff, and who are ready to grow professionally.

Taking on supply or agency-based teaching gives you the freedom to experience a range of schools without the immediate pressure of a permanent contract. You will gain valuable insight into classroom management, adapt to different teaching methods, and grow in confidence as you discover the approaches that work best for you. This flexibility not only helps you shape your career path but also strengthens your CV, making you a more versatile and resilient teacher in the long run. Apply today!
