Job description

SEN Early Years Teacher for Manchester Primary School

Location: Manchester,  M14

 

A diverse, vibrant, and inclusive primary school in the Manchester area are currently recruiting for Teaching position within the SEN provision. This excellent school is warm and welcoming and committed to the education, welfare, and pastoral care of its pupils. This school prides itself on its ‘rich’ and ‘diverse’ community, allowing the children to develop as individuals and provide a secure and caring environment for the pupils whilst creating a partnership between families and the school allowing a strong foundation enabling the children to grow and develop to their full potential.

About the role:

-          200 pupils, ages 5-11

-          Working within the SEN provision of the school

-          Supporting children with SEN

-          Full time position

-          High proportion of children come from non-English  speaking families, some languages spoken include Somali, Urdu & Bengali

About you:

-          Experience  in working with SEN children / within a SEN provision

-          Passionate about making a difference

-          Ability to deliver tailored support / programmes for the children

-          Patient, compassionate and enthusiastic

-          Ability to make learning fun for the children

-          Provide exciting and engaging experiences to the children

-          Hold QTS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
