Position: SEN Teacher (Qualified)
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract: Term-Time Only (Excellent work-life balance)
Daily Pay Rate: £180 - £250 per day (Dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Start Available

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in a school environment, ideally working with students with complex needs or SEN.

  • Exceptional behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire challenging learners.

  • Strong commitment to providing an inclusive curriculum and individualized learning plans.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and support staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
