Are you looking for your next Permanent Teaching role to start in September 2020?
We are currently recruiting for SEN class Teacher's to work within our small school in Hythe. You will be working with a small group of SEN pupils who have Autism, Asperger's, SEMH or other forms of learning disabilities. You will be teaching either English, Maths or ICT, we have a small number of pupils working up to GCSE level, however most of our pupils are at a lower level.
We are looking for teachers who are keen to progress into middle leadership positions.
The role involves:
- Working alongside the staff within the school to provide a tailored education to your pupils
- Working with the Teaching Assistants in your class to provide the best support possible to pupils
- Communicating with multi disclinary teams to tailor your approach to the pupils needs
- Thinking outside the box to help pupils achieve and improve academically as well as socially
We are looking for:
- A committed class teacher confident in teaching Maths or ICT
- A resilient personality who can cope with set backs with pupils
- A strong communicator
- A fun and bubbly teacher
You will be rewarded with seeing your pupils achieve things you never thought possible, we will support you in your journey as a teacher to improve your skills and develop and a teacher, via CPD and support from an experienced SLT.
Pay in line with skills and experience. This role is a full time permanent vacancy to start in September.
