  • Overseeing staff rotas and supporting staff development within your group

  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to engage children with severe learning difficulties and autism, using positive behaviour support techniques and a problem-solving approach

  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and how to adapt and differentiate for high-need learners

  • Creativity and flexibility in planning engaging, meaningful learning experiences outside traditional classroom settings

  • High standards of teaching and learning and the ability to motivate and lead a small team of staff

Benefits

The inclusive school offers a wide range of benefits to support your wellbeing and professional development, including:

  • Funded qualifications and strong career development support

  • Free staff meals on shift and on-site parking

  • The opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives and to help prepare them for adult life
