SEN Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Special Educational Needs school in Farnborough who are recruiting for a Teacher to work in their Specialist provision.

This school cater for pupils up to Sixth Form with moderate to complex learning and physical needs. The school are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join their exemplary staffing team! You will need to have an ability to drive attainment levels and create a stimulating learning environment which supports individual needs and development levels. As the successful Teacher, you will have experience of managing young people with additional needs, including Autism and communication needs.

You will need to have experience working with Special Needs within a special school, in order to ensure that you are comfortable supporting and being in a specialist environment. Class sizes consist of 6 - 8 pupils, and the hours are 09:00 - 15:30 Monday to Friday. Preparing and planning of work and implementing pupils' individual healthcare plans will be an essential part of this role. 

The school are set in lovely ground in Farnborough, with great school facilities. A visit to the school would be welcomed and encouraged in order to guage their setting and the needs of the pupils.
