 Support Staff Needed – SEN Schools in Dibden & Surrounding Areas
Roles: Teaching Assistants (TAs) & Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time available

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join a range of SEN schools in Dibden and nearby areas.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD/SLD)

  • Working 1:1 or within small groups to help pupils access learning

  • Assisting the class teacher with planning, resources, and classroom management

  • Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

  • Helping pupils develop social, emotional, and academic skills

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (school-based or otherwise)

  • A calm, patient and supportive approach

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different pupil needs

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliability and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
