Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible Hours

Teaching Personnel is looking for caring and enthusiastic Early Years Learning Support Assistants to join a nurturing SEN early years setting in Southampton.

About the Role

As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support children with a range of SEN needs within early years environments

  • Assist with play-based learning and early development activities

  • Help create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

  • Encourage communication, social skills, independence, and confidence

  • Support behaviour, routine, and personalised early learning plans

  • Experience in early years or SEN is beneficial but not essential
