About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a variety of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

• Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in pupils

• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans
