About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

• Assist across a variety of secondary subjects

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral teams

• Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being

• Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans

About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic

• Confident working with secondary-aged students

• Passionate about helping young people with additional needs

• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential
