About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support students with a range of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

Assist across a variety of secondary subjects

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral teams
-
Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
-
Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans

About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:

Confident working with secondary-aged students

Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
