SEND Teaching Assistant- Prestwich Primary School  M25

Have you got experience working with children with SEN?

Full time ASAP start role

Are you a confident Teaching Assistant that is looking to make a difference with children that struggle in mainstream Primary schools? Our client Prestwich Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a small resource unit with a number of children that have Autism, ADHD and specific learning difficulties.  You will be working as a general support across the class and also doing some specific support with the SEN children. There is a class teacher and 2 other Tas in class

Teaching Personnel are working alongside this school to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in this busy and lively Primary School.  As part of the role the candidate must adopt a calm and patient approach and be willing to be flexible throughout the day. Some children can be known to portray some challenging behaviour however with the correct support, that can build a fantastic approach this can be minimal.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
