1:1 SEN Support Assistant
Horsham | Full-Time | Long-Term
Some pupils don’t need a crowd — they need one great adult!
We’re recruiting 1:1 SEN Support Assistants to work closely with pupils who need tailored support throughout the school day.
You’ll be:

A calm, consistent presence

Supporting communication and learning

Helping pupils navigate school life

Celebrating progress others might miss
Ideal candidates:

Confident communicators

Patient, upbeat, and emotionally aware

Comfortable working closely with one pupil

Drivers strongly preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
