HLTA – Full Time

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester 
Contract: Full time, long-term

We are recruiting for an experienced HLTA to support within a specialist school in North Manchester.

The Role

You will take on additional responsibility within the classroom, supporting both pupils and teaching staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading small group interventions
• Supporting lesson delivery
• Providing classroom cover
• Supporting SEN and behavioural needs
• Working closely with teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate

• HLTA experience or strong TA background
• Confidence leading sessions
• Strong behaviour management
• Organised and proactive approach
• Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
