Teaching Assistant - Salford

  • Full time Teaching Assistant position from September
  • Pay up to £65 per day dependant on experience
  • Working in a college that has outstanding modern facilities

Teaching Personnel are recruiting two Teaching Assistants for our client college in Salford.

The positions are commencing in September and will be to the end of the academic year initially. This is a full time position that will consist of general classroom assistant work, providing additional support to SEN students. There is also a pastoral element to the role where you will provide behavioural and emotional support to students.

Situated in Media City, Salford the College can be accessed via public transport with tram routes directly outside of the college. You will need to be available for interviews and trial days as planned by the college.

Highlights for this teaching assistant post;

• Full time position providing tailored support to students on a small group and 1:1 basis

• Excellent facilities and state of the art equipment

• Pay up to £70 dependant on experience and qualifications

• Access to the Colleges and Teaching Personnel’s CPD academy

The college has students aged 14-19 and has only been in existence for 2 years. A government-funded schools that teaches students technical and scientific subjects in a whole new way.
