Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full Time – Southampton
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Southampton. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, running until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
We are looking for an experienced KS1 practitioner who is passionate about supporting young learners and creating an engaging classroom environment. However, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply, as the school offers a supportive leadership team and a collaborative staff culture.
The role:

Full-time KS1 class teacher
-
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-
Working closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Contributing to the wider school community
The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
-
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
-
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Be committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil development
-
Be reflective and eager to develop their teaching practice
