SEN Classroom Assistant - High Wycombe

We are currently looking for Classroom Assistants to work within schools supporting children with Special Educational Needs. This role will give you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in managing challenging behaviour such as Autism, ADHD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
The school provides specialist learning for children aged 5 - 11. These children and young people experience social, emotional, mental health, challenging behaviours and communication difficulties. The school's vision is to provide a structured and supportive approach with pupils accessing a broad and engaging education to meet their individual needs.
The ideal Candidate:
- A child only DBS on the update service
- Providing the students with necessary feedback, encouragement and support.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leaderships skills
- A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve their best potential
- Consistently high quality teaching
