Teaching Personnel South Wales are looking to employ a Special Educational Needs Candidate Consultant to work in their SEN branch. The role is full time and starting immediately.
Teaching Personnel are the leading education recruitment agency in the UK and the Wales branch is hugely successful with an excellent reputation for providing excellent customer service to both client schools and candidates.
The SEN Candidate Consultant would work in the SEN branch specifically recruiting candidates to fill vacancies within both SEN and mainstream schools and contributing to the candidate pool across the location.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working towards company targets and expectations
- Writing job advertisements to attract candidates
- Telephone interviewing and personally interviewing candidates
- Completing safeguarding and vetting checks for all candidates
- Attending company recruitment events and education fairs
- Managing our visibility on social media
- Working efficiently with consultants across the location to fill specialist vacancies
