About Us:
Teaching Personnel are looking to provide a dedicated Primary SEND TA Buddy, specialising in supporting boys with Autism, ADHD, and a range of learning difficulties. Our small, supportive community is committed to providing a personalised and engaging learning experience for all our pupils, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient SEND Buddy to join our team on a full-time basis. As a SEND Buddy, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to access learning, develop social skills, and build confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Work closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver personalised strategies and interventions.

Support children during lessons, break times, and transitions throughout the day.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

Experience working with children with SEND (Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties preferred).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
